Refund policy

Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lip products.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• There was an error with your order caused by our fulfillment process.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
