Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Novielle Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Novielle Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after the shipping carrier has taken possession of the package.

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number to file a claim.
